Recipe Pasta with Cream and Tuna 05/10/2023

 

Having these ingredients at home is like always having a supper ready for an unexpected reunion, an occasion to be with family without having to be in the kitchen for hours to prepare it.

Ingredients 6 people

  • 600 grams of small pasta, elbows, tubes
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 lettuce leaf per person
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic, aromas

I have listed the basic ingredients to prepare this recipe, but there is always the possibility of giving it your personal touch, the important thing is that the pasta is small, like elbows or tubes.

In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, a clove of garlic, some bay leaves, peppercorns and the pasta, see the cooking time indicated on the package and remove and drain the pasta one minute before, meaning, remove the pasta when it is “al dente”.

Separately, mix the cream with the tuna, being careful not to flake it excessively, then add this mixture to the pasta.

Bake at medium heat, 150°C, for 20 minutes until the surface of the pasta browns.

For a beautiful presentation of the dish, serve each portion on a lettuce leaf, accompanied with salty crackers.
