What’s for dinner tonight at home?

Here we present you a fast, yummy and over all cheap recipe: Zucchini Rolls!

So get ready...

We only need four ingredients!

2-3 Zucchini (about 400 grams)
2 eggs
Spreadable cheese (fresh cheeses, Philadelphia type... whichever you wish)
salt and pepper

Kitchen tools: grater, baking mold, oven paper

Cut the zucchini ends and dispose, then grate the zucchini

Add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste, and mix

Pour the mixture in the mold covered with oven paper distributing the mixture: you most form a thin sheet

Bake approximately 20-25 minutes at 170°C, this is the result

Once it’s cooled, remove the dough from the mold and extend or spread the cheese

With help from the baking paper, roll the dough

Cut in slices...

...and serve!
